DCM Developing CHRISTian MUSICians LLC - Student Guidelines

1. Punctuality:
Please be on time for your lesson. If you log in late, the lesson will end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be added.

​

2. Grace Period:
You have a 10-minute grace period after the lesson start time to log in. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be canceled, and no refund will be given.

3. Christian-Based Music:
All lessons focus on Gospel Music and songs with Christian themes.

​

4. Lesson Recordings:
Each lesson will be recorded and sent to you for practice. DCM Developing CHRISTian MUSICians LLC owns the rights to these recordings. They cannot be sold, uploaded, or shared on social media without our written consent.

5. Practice Commitment:
Students are expected to practice regularly. Progress depends on consistent practice. The teacher is not responsible for slow progress due to lack of practice.

6. Prayer:
Every lesson will begin with a brief prayer to bless the session and the student.

​

7. Dress Code:
Please wear appropriate clothing for each lesson. Private parts must be covered. If proper attire is not worn, the lesson will be canceled without refund. Repeated violations may result in cancellation of your lessons.

8. Zoom Required:
You must have the Zoom app installed to take lessons.

​

9. Payment:
All payments are made via direct draft, once per month on the date of purchase. If payment is not received, lessons will be automatically canceled.​

10. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the lesson will not be refunded.

• More than two canceled lessons may result in the termination of your contract, to make room for new students.

11. Song Selection:
The teacher is not required to teach any specific song requested by the student. Song choices are at the teacher’s discretion.

12. Technical Issues:
If there are technical issues on our end, we’ll issue a refund for that session. We believe in honesty and integrity.

​

13. Rule Changes:
Rules may change as we improve our service. Any updates will be emailed to students and posted on our website.

​

14. Lesson Scheduling:
Lessons must be scheduled manually using the booking calendar. Lessons do not automatically repeat—each one needs to be booked individually. Once scheduled, the lesson will be deducted from your lesson count.
